About me

As a certified coach SCA (Swiss Coaching Association), company mentor and values coach, I accompany change processes. In doing so, I support the individual life design of individuals as well as the development design of employees, teams and executives in companies and institutions.

My goal

My goal is to develop existing resources and personal potential for a conscious life design and an integrative cooperation in organizations, so that satisfaction and success are no longer mutually exclusive.

Sometimes we need a "sparring partner" in our private as well as in our professional life to be able to recognize important details or to see the big picture. This enables us to shape our path in a self-determined way.
