Bianca is a coach and consultant in topics of career planning, finding a calling, developing talents and effective self-presentation. Through creative use of methods, she combines proven methods with intuitive impressions and is thus able to respond to people individually. Strong communication skills, convincing stakeholder management and a high service orientation characterize her. After studying International Relations and Governance at the University of St. Gallen, Bianca managed and significantly advanced the Talent Management department of an international industrial group. Further education in Human Resources Management as well as Talent Assessments and Coaching followed. Through her work as a Senior Internal Auditor, she has built up a detailed knowledge of the operational processes of a corporate group. She understands the ways of working in different cultures and has an excellent grasp of people's motivations. Bianca also has experience in Leadership Training, Team Building, Project Management, Change Management, Self-Image/Foreign-Image Analysis, Emotional Intelligence, Workshop Facilitation, etc. She is especially interested in people who want to break out of their belief patterns in order to express their true talents.
