AXECIB Formation d'Adultes is a training institution founded in early 2004 by an adult educator with a rich and varied professional background. Small in size, AXECIB aims to offer quality services to its clients and participants, as close as possible to their real needs and expectations. The field experience of the two service providers and their integration into the economic and training fabric ensure a strong fit with current training demand. In addition to their expertise in skills and training engineering, AXECIB's trainers make a point of adapting their services to the specific context and requirements of each of their customers.

AXECIB's preferred areas of training and intervention are :

• Training of adult educators for all modules leading to the Brevet fédéral de formateurs d'adultes (FSEA accreditation).
• Continuing education courses for trainers, within institutions and on a variety of themes (communication and group dynamics, conflict management, exchanges of practice, adults in training, etc.).
• Support for EduQua applications, validation of prior learning and skills assessment.
• Conflict management courses and interventions.
• Courses for professional drivers.
• In-company courses and interventions: creation of reference frameworks, work analysis, stress management, management, communication, reception, etc.
