**Accounting

Accounting, as a central element of accounting, should be designed to be as simple yet transparent as possible. Would you like to do the bookkeeping yourself, but have some assistance with the financial statements or have someone to guide you when new problems arise. At the same time, we can provide deputies and bridging. We offer you to continue your existing system or to use one of our programs (ABACUS or BUSPRO). In any case, it is worth talking to us in order to map your situation correctly.

**Personnel administration

Revision

For legal companies (stock corporations (AG), limited liability companies (GmbH), limited partnerships, foundations and associations), Switzerland has an audit practice adapted to the size of the company (new from 2012). Listed and large companies should have a regular audit, smaller companies (SMEs) can seek a limited audit and the smallest companies can waive the audit under certain conditions (opting out).

Confides AG is registered as an auditor in the public register of the Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority (RAB) and thus fulfills the qualification requirements according to the Audit Oversight Act. We would also be pleased to perform the limited audit for you.

In addition to pure reporting, we can show you how the figures are interpreted by third parties and what conclusions can be drawn from them.

Regular reporting/reporting

As a subsidiary of a large corporation you are obliged to submit the periodic results in the required form. Instead of spending a lot of time and money to cover your needs, we offer you a report module. You make all accounting transactions on our system (via Internet) and we close the accounts at the end of the period, prepare the report and send it back to you (or directly to the addressee, if desired).

In addition to the OR - accounting (tax balance sheet), we can present evaluations in Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS. To a reduced extent, evaluations under US GAAP are also possible.
