**In the individual consultations I support people in the professional as well as in the private environment.

Individual counseling sessions offer the advantage that I can address the client's presenting problem on an individual basis and work specifically toward awareness of the issues.

Working towards a problem does not mean that I can or will solve the problem, but rather support the client in finding solutions to develop their own behavioral strategies.

The sessions take place mainly in our office in St. Gallen.

Upon request, consultations can also be conducted at home.

Initial clarifications are free of charge, provided that a consultation can be arranged.

Sickness-related absences from the workplace.

In this day and age, the problem of employees being on sick leave for longer and longer periods of time is becoming more and more prevalent. As an employer, the only option at the end is usually termination, since these employees cause high costs.

This does not solve the problem of employee illness, but only exacerbates it by shifting the workload to the rest of the employees. After all, the company wants to cut costs in order to remain competitive.

And so a so-called snowball system is created and these employees often become ill in turn due to the pressure of this extra work. In the short term, this approach by the employer works. In the long term, however, this cannot be a solution.

There are ways to counteract this.

One solution can be to talk to the employees to find out why they get sick more than other employees.
