In order to consult the same information simultaneously or avoid a journey to submit the problem, we use remote assistance software: ScreenConnect.

This interface enables simple remote control of your computer (keyboard, mouse, software); however, your authorization is required (secure accesś) and you remain in control of your data. This makes it possible to troubleshoot or rectify settings directly in your accounting software.

We also use Cloud applications to facilitate the transfer of data or information.

On a regular basis, we find that the knowledge we have acquired enables us to question a process or stimulate reflection that will have an impact on the future. We are convinced of the relevance of high-level training and believe in quality service that adds value.

Convinced that initial training in the form of an apprenticeship is a good way for a young person to enter working life, we have chosen to commit ourselves to initial and advanced vocational training. We therefore train an apprentice every three years, and encourage our team to pursue further training.

OUR HISTORY

February 2004 - February 2019, 15 years on.

At the outset, the idea of creating a company by cultivating values such as listening, questioning, sharing ideas and technology was the determining objective. Creating a company meant building a team.

• A team that shares the same values of hard work, ethics and the desire to do things right;
• A team that enjoys working together, that shares its know-how and that wants to constantly evolve through training;
• A team that takes risks to come up with new ideas and innovative solutions.

A squirrel for our office's 15th birthday: not just because it's "cute", but also because it's agile, curious and thrifty. Just like these characteristics, we're alert in our thinking, we're constantly looking for solutions, we're regularly concerned with savings and optimization.
