As consulting in personnel issues, we have been living our passion for 40 years, connecting companies and individuals throughout Switzerland. With our long-standing and proven expertise, we implement individual and pragmatic solutions while maintaining an independent boutique character.

On April 14, 1982, the first entry in the commercial register of Mooser & Partner AG (at that time still Mooser & Grätz), Marie-Claire Giacometti (née Mooser) founds a personnel consultancy for commercial professions in Zurich - with premises already at Usteristrasse 17 in a prominent location in the middle of the city at Löwenplatz. Subsequently, until the mid-00s, the small agency specialized mainly in the placement of women in the management and professional sector. To this day, this specialization contributes to the positive and high profile of Mooser & Partner AG nationwide. After the much too early death of the founder in the mid-90s, her husband, Dr. Laurent Giacometti, continues to run the company as owner. He delegates operational responsibility to various managing directors, some of whom can still be found successfully in the consulting field today. In 2007, Bea Rutz takes over the company, impresses with her many years of consulting expertise and focuses on the recruitment of executives and specialists as well as consulting in personnel matters.

In 2018, she hands over the company shares to Manuel Henchoz, continues to work as a freelance consultant for another four years. The new, growing crew of consulting and HR specialists continues to expand the area of activity as well as the business network to date. In doing so, the company, which since the beginning of 2022 has been tackling new horizons for a stable future with a new board of directors and with Marc Cosandey as an additional partner, is able to establish itself extremely successfully in the consulting as well as placement market while proudly maintaining the character of a Swiss consulting boutique.
