My educational and professional path has led me to play a role of constant support for people in difficulty. I took a path of counseling by first attending a basic course in Milan at the ATC to later go on to graduate in counseling by continuing my studies at the Group Research Institute in Lugano. In addition to this I obtained the title of SGfB psychosocial counselor, which guarantees a high quality of the service offered.

What is counseling? Counseling is based on a helping relationship within which an individual, who has a problem but lacks the skills to find a solution, relies on a counselor. A professional who accompanies the client on this journey aimed at greater well-being. Counseling is based on a fundamental assumption: each individual can find the resources needed to face and overcome a difficult moment or problem. The counselor can be an element that can promote these resources, a concrete support for achieving one's goals.
