Our special competence, resulting from the bundling of the knowledge of the Association of Swiss Forwarding and Logistics Companies (SPEDLOGSWISS), is in the area of the forwarding, logistics and transport industries. **Training and continuing education: a must!

Correct information as well as knowledge in the area of dangerous goods are a basic requirement for the persons in charge and other responsible persons and, in addition, a key to process optimization and risk reduction. Training is also to be seen as an obligation to fulfill the requirements of GGBV, ADR, IATA-DGR, CTU packing guidelines, etc.

Through company-specific in-house training by SafeConsult safety consultants (dangerous goods safety advisors), targeted and practice-oriented knowledge can be acquired, which can be utilized immediately. Thus, you as an entrepreneur are one step ahead of the danger in order to prevent accidents, which could be caused by dangerous goods.

NEW IN THE PROGRAM: ICAO-TI (IATA-DGR) trainings!

All persons involved in the shipment of dangerous goods by air must have a training certificate according to IATA-DGR and have successfully passed the exam with at least 80%. Whether the employee prepares a package for shipment or completes the required Shippers Declaration or has it signed by the supervisor, he must have the formal training certificate for these specific tasks. The operator must be able to prove that each employee has successfully completed training in this area. At the beginning of March 2009, SafeConsult AG received certification from the FOCA (Federal Office of Civil Aviation) that training courses in German can be conducted with immediate effect. Courses in French are also planned for later this year. SafeConsult AG now offers 4-day basic courses (Basis) and 3-day refresher courses (Refresher).
